Step #2

You and your buyers must sign all of the above documentation as well as a PAR Agreement of Sale.  Please be advised that upon acceptance of an offer, your buyer will be required to sign a client specific as-is addendum.  This document will be provided with your offer acceptance notice. Proceed to Step #3

Fax your offer to our office at 724-335-6699.   We are having difficulties with our online offer system and it will be offline temporarily until we can get the glitch worked out with Comcast.
