• Every floor cleaned, vacuum all carpeting, clean all hardwoods, vinyl, tile, and laminate.
• Dust all surfaces, countertops, and furniture.
• Make beds neatly, fluff and arrange pillows and comforters.
• Turn off televisions and computers.
• Turn on all lights and lamps.
• Remove clutter from all surfaces.
• Turn all fans off.
• No dishes in the sink.
• Put away pet bowls, crates, toys, etc. 
• Clean glass shower doors, storm doors and entry doors.
• Toilet seats placed down.
• Fresh towels in the bathrooms or no towels at all.
• Remove toiletries from countertop and showers.
• All clothes, shoes, toys, etc hidden in closets.
• Moving boxes hidden.
• Cleaning supplies put away.
• Clean windows.
• Open blinds and curtains to allow natural light into the space.
• Clean refrigerator of magnets, papers, mail, etc.
• Clean all kitchen appliances to ensure no fingerprints. 
• Straighten all chairs and stools.
• Clear nightstands of items.  

EXTERIOR

• No cars or vehicles in driveway, yard or directly in front of the house.
• Garbage cans hidden from view.
• Garage doors shut.
• Uncover porch and patio furniture. 
• Clean up porches, patios, decks and all yard areas.
• Freshly mowed lawn.
• Trim bushes and hedges. 
• Clean pool and surrounding areas.
